This lightweight handguard features a slim profile with Keymod attachment points along the full 15? in length. It is machined from 6061-T6 aluminum and has a type III hardcoat anodized finish for excellent corrosion resistance. This AR-15 free float handguard is compatible with all Mil-Spec upper receivers and most low-profile gas blocks, so you have the freedom to build your rifle the way that you want. It is easy to install with the included barrel nut and mounting hardware.

I have to say I wasn’t expecting much when I bought this hand guard. Well after putting it on it fits perfectly and looks great! Good machining and no sharp edges. I live about twenty minutes from CBC Industries and I will be using them for my future builds.

I have been a customer of CBC Industries for a few years and have always received great service. I purchased their complete 300 blackout 16″ with their Gen 2 Keymod in 2016. I recently shot it at the range, what a great upper. The hand guard is light, slim and feels great in my hand while shooting. I decided to purchase a new gen 2 rail for my new 300 build. I live about 20 minutes from their store so I drove to their shop. I brought my own barrel ,upper and gas tube with me. After I purchased the gen 2 rail and low gas block I asked what they would charge to mount it. About 15 minutes later my upper was complete at no charge. All the employee’s are so friendly and took the time to speak to me when they walked by. The management and employee’s are top notch, what a great company! They also employ Vets to build their parts.
